EVENTS AT SEAQUARIUM RHYL…

BEACH CLEAN

Sunday 17 September 2017

Staff at SeaQuarium Rhyl are calling for volunteers to help them with this year’s Great British Beach Clean.

The Great British Beach Clean is a yearly national event run by the Marine Conservation Society (MCS), whose aims are to clean up the beaches all around Britain. This year’s event will run over 300 beaches and volunteers will be cleaning the beaches during the weekend of 15th-18th September 2017.

SeaQuarium Rhyl will be hosting a beach clean on Sunday 17th September. To take part, volunteers can register on Facebook or meet at the SeaQuarium at 10.15am on the morning, ready to start at 10.30am for an 11:45am finish.

For more information about this year’s Great British Beach Clean register at www.mcsuk.org/beachwatch/user/register or contact Gaz Mead at the SeaQuarium on 01745 344660.
